As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll lead financial strategy, build financial models, automate workflows, and partner with business leaders to drive decision-making.

Lead the development and adoption of Blockstream's Enterprise solution, manage product roadmaps, conduct customer research, and engage technical teams.

Lead regional enterprise and partner strategy to drive Blockstream product adoption with sell-side capital markets. Identify and recruit partners, manage complex negotiations, align cross-functional GTM activities, support revenue attainment, mentor BDR/BDMs, and represent Blockstream at industry events while communicating market insights to product and engineering.

Drive enterprise revenue by building pipelines, closing deals, expanding Blockstream brand, and collaborating across teams. Represent Layer-2 products, attend events, and travel up to 50% to secure and grow enterprise accounts.

Identify and qualify leads within financial institutions, conduct outreach, schedule meetings, manage follow-up and CRM records, collaborate on sales strategies, and report outcomes to management.

Lead and grow a QA team to define test strategies, build automated frameworks for blockchain applications and APIs, integrate testing into CI/CD, manage defects, and ensure performance and security testing best practices.

Design, build, and maintain scalable end-to-end systems and APIs/SDKs for an enterprise custody platform. Work full-stack across databases, cloud deployments, CI/CD, and security; troubleshoot issues, integrate emerging technologies, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead research-driven storytelling and manage the content calendar to produce accurate, engaging materials across blog, newsletter, social, and website. Coordinate with product, engineering, and communications, maintain a content library, and support product launches and thought-leadership campaigns.

Design and execute test plans and automated frameworks for Bitcoin and blockchain applications. Test transactions, wallets, payment systems, and APIs; perform security, performance, and regression testing; log and track defects; integrate testing into CI/CD with DevOps; collaborate on feature reviews and research blockchain QA practices.
