Leads Black Duck’s technology alliance strategy and builds a scalable partnership ecosystem across application security, DevSecOps, AI, cloud, and developer tools. Owns the full partnership lifecycle, including partner identification, executive relationship management, complex negotiations, integrations, commercialization, governance, and performance measurement. Collaborates cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to drive partner-sourced revenue, customer adoption, market expansion, and strategic platform differentiation.

Lead and develop a Sales Engineering team for the Enterprise West region, driving technical strategy, demos, PoCs, and customer engagements across AppSec (SAST/SCA/DAST/IAST) and AI-assisted development. Partner with sales, product, and engineering to improve win rates, support expansions, and funnel product feedback.

Lead and strengthen global payroll for a multi-entity SaaS company: manage payroll execution, vendor relationships, compliance, reconciliations, controls, reporting, integrations, team development, and payroll-related change projects (M&A, system transitions, expansions).
