Build production RAG and agentic AI solutions, including retrieval, memory, tool use, multi-agent workflows, and evaluation frameworks. Partner with Legal, Compliance, and the MLRO to translate regulatory and operational needs into scalable tools. Conduct independent research, prototype solutions, benchmark system performance, and support compliance reviews, remediation tracking, product launches, and related operational activities.

Internship supporting marketing and business development operations: manage partner relationships, assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, conduct market and partnership analysis, monitor campaign performance, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain campaign/tracking tools, and improve workflows using AI.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, secure Java backend services and APIs.
