Provide compensation analysis and reporting: conduct market benchmarking, manage bonus/incentive plans, support annual salary planning, maintain Workday job and compensation data, partner on organizational design and career frameworks, and participate in surveys and special projects.

Provide rapid production support and stability improvements for Salesforce: investigate and resolve Apex, Flows, LWC, and integration issues; perform root-cause analysis; deploy hotfixes; monitor platform health; create runbooks and documentation; use AI-assisted tools to accelerate debugging and solutions.

Evaluate and test operational processes for compliance and quality using speech analytics and QA tools; compile reports, recommend and track remediation, support education programs, and collaborate cross-functionally to reduce risk and improve operations.

Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions, including APIs, user interfaces, and data management, while supporting users and troubleshooting issues.
