Senior litigation paralegal providing end-to-end litigation and discovery support for special district and municipal matters. Manages cases independently, performs advanced e-discovery and AI-assisted review, conducts legal research and cite-checking, prepares pleadings, motions, trial exhibits and notebooks, assists at hearings and trials, supervises junior staff, and ensures compliance with ethical and privilege rules. Responsible for large ESI management, vendor coordination, and quality control of AI-generated outputs.

Provide municipal transactional legal counsel to public agency clients, including drafting ordinances and resolutions, advising on open meeting laws, land use and planning, conflicts of interest, free speech, public safety, election law, and conducting public meeting support.
