We work hard, during working hours. We believe in being full productive while at work, and fully immersing ourselves in our personal lives when we're not at work. Most days we do 8-10 hours and its rare that someone is calling us on weekends. We offer medical reimbursements every year, and usually take a week off during the end of the year. All salaried employees receive medical reimbursement, personal days, vacation days, and sick days. Profit sharing is a part of our model and when we can, we distribute bonuses to the staff.
