Supervises AdventurePlex programs, staff, interns, camps, vendors, and community partnerships. Develops youth and early childhood programming, coordinates outreach, tracks budgets and performance metrics, evaluates program effectiveness, and prepares reports and promotional content. Represents the organization at community events and supports contracts, grants, safety compliance, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires public health knowledge, program management, strong communication, and occasional evening or weekend availability.
