Supports the full contract lifecycle for U.S. accounts and corporate documents, including contract review, processing, execution, renewals, amendments, templates, version control, customer follow-up, RFP processing, and contract tracking. Manages pricing, consignment, healthcare professional consulting, grant, and clinical trial contracts. Also researches contract-tracking software and helps improve departmental processes while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Coordinates talent acquisition and HR activities, including recruitment support, interview scheduling, onboarding communications, employee orientation, personnel file creation, paperwork processing, performance review and termination assistance, and employee engagement events. Maintains confidentiality, organizes HR documentation, communicates with employees and stakeholders, and manages multiple administrative tasks in an office environment.
