As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will assist in recruiting processes, including scheduling interviews, handling assessments, managing onboarding documentation, and supporting communication between candidates and the recruitment team.

Manage the trademark docket, support attorneys and paralegals, ensure adherence to deadlines, train staff, and maintain quality control.

Perform pricing analysis and profitability modeling to support engagement pricing and RFP responses. Develop financial models and alternative fee arrangements, set billing rates using benchmarking and internal analytics, and produce standard and ad-hoc financial reports. Collaborate with lawyers, practice groups, marketing, and finance to inform pricing strategy and improve revenue performance.
