Processes and reviews SBA loan files for completeness, accuracy, eligibility, collateral, and compliance. Coordinates with borrowers, relationship managers, underwriters, closers, and third parties to collect documentation, resolve deficiencies, monitor timelines, maintain accurate records, and support loan approval, closing, and funding. Leads platform engineering and DevOps strategy for a regulated lending platform. Responsibilities include cloud architecture, Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, identity and security, compliance, reliability, incident management, developer tooling, and AI/ML infrastructure. This senior individual contributor mentors engineers, shapes technical roadmaps, drives GitOps and self-service platforms, and supports model serving, observability, and AI-assisted engineering practices.

Build and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes platforms, security controls, observability, and developer tooling for a regulated lending platform. Support infrastructure-as-code, GitOps, incident response, reliability, compliance, and cloud operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Integrate AI-assisted engineering tools and support ML/AI workloads, including model serving and inference monitoring. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to platform architecture and technical roadmaps.

Support design, delivery, and continuous improvement of a business lending platform. Own specific product modules across the loan lifecycle, gather requirements, write user stories, manage sprints in Jira, coordinate testing and vendor integrations, and use data to monitor KPIs, adoption, and product improvements while ensuring compliance and cross-functional alignment.

Lead day-to-day operations for LIFT, implement Equisoft and NetSuite, manage outsourcing partner, develop and execute operational strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, drive continuous improvement, set KPIs, manage budgets and vendors, and build high-performing teams.

The GRC & Incident Manager leads governance, risk, compliance, and data privacy programs while managing incidents and aligning with regulatory requirements across IT and vendors.

Support accurate, timely closing and funding of SBA and government-guaranteed small business loans by preparing and reviewing closing documents, validating SBA eligibility and collateral, coordinating borrowers and internal teams, resolving documentation deficiencies, maintaining loan files and systems, monitoring pipeline timelines, and ensuring compliance with SBA regulations.

Maintain company financials including monthly, quarterly, and year-end close tasks. Prepare bank and GL reconciliations, daily cash applications, intercompany invoicing, audit schedules, and support internal controls and accounting reporting. Collaborate with accounting team and executive leadership to manage budgets and support audits and ad-hoc projects.

Manage and lead the Standard Loan Closing team to ensure timely, accurate loan closings and funding. Oversee documentation, collateral perfection (mortgages, UCC filings), QA, disbursements, and coordination with counsel, title/escrow, underwriters and clients. Act as player-coach performing closings and post-closing tasks, train staff on program requirements, prepare reports, and support customer retention and communication.

Lead front-end architecture and hands-on development using React. Build scalable, high-performance web applications, integrate RESTful APIs, implement testing and CI/CD, optimize performance, collaborate with design and backend teams, and mentor junior engineers.

Support capital markets and finance activities including financial analysis, modeling, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring. Assist senior team on warehouse lending, securities, securitization, credit ratings, and financing opportunities. Build and maintain multi-scenario models, prepare memoranda, monitor market and credit metrics, and present findings to stakeholders and investment committee. Collaborate cross-functionally to implement capital markets strategies.

Lead FP&A processes including operating model development, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI frameworks, and executive/board reporting. Partner with product, marketing, sales, and operations to analyze pricing, CAC, ROI, and incentives; build scalable FP&A systems and deliver ad hoc analyses to support growth and strategic decisions.
