Serve as primary HR contact for startup clients, managing HR operations, compliance, payroll/benefits coordination, onboarding/offboarding, policy and contract drafting, employee relations investigations, insurance oversight, regulatory reporting, and preparing HR reports and audit files. Provide client-facing guidance on employment law and multi-jurisdictional compliance and support special compliance projects.

Provide HR support for clients and internal HR matters: manage US and international payrolls, onboarding, terminations, benefits and PEO implementations, compliance reporting, workers' comp/EPLI renewals, employee handbooks, org charts, timesheet review, recordkeeping, employment verifications, meeting prep, and special projects.

Lead and oversee payroll operations for clients, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with tax and labor regulations while managing payroll systems and reporting.
