Lead branch operations for the West Division, managing 25-50 employees, enforcing safety and regulatory compliance, developing teams, overseeing recruiting, training, P&L, workforce forecasting, asset/time tracking, customer service, and growth initiatives while maintaining traffic control and safety credentials.

Sell the companys services, rentals, and products to new and existing energy, broadband, transportation, and construction customers. Build pipeline through cold calls and meetings, prepare quotes and estimates, collaborate with Operations and Billing, attend industry events, track forecasts and activity, and ensure project execution meets contractual expectations. Regular territory travel required.
