The Enterprise Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with enterprise customers for AVEVA’s industrial software solutions. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, driving business growth, solving complex challenges, and delivering tailored solutions. Success requires strong relationship-building, commercial judgment, and the ability to collaborate across sales, support, solution architecture, and business operations teams.

Provides technical support for industrial software applications, troubleshooting client, database, HMI, and SCADA issues. Supports application engineers during commissioning, upgrades, and expansions; collaborates with R&D on escalations; develops corrective actions; resolves customer and engineering problems; and documents solutions in knowledge-base articles. Requires MES, SQL, software, and industrial control systems expertise, with occasional regional and international customer-site travel.

Lead and scale a global PI Data Infrastructure and Digital Twin practice: set strategy, standardize delivery, build reference architectures and templates, enable sales, develop teams, ensure operational KPIs and customer outcomes, and oversee global delivery excellence and cross-functional implementations.

Provides regional technical support for AVEVA Pipeline Simulation products, troubleshooting complex customer software issues, reproducing defects, researching workarounds, and coordinating solutions with Development. Documents cases, supports junior engineers, delivers customer and internal training, creates technical knowledge materials, and presents at conferences. Requires pipeline simulation expertise, engineering knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and hydraulics, strong communication, customer service skills, and 5–15% travel.

Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure cloud solutions on Azure. Collaborate with architects and engineers to deliver infrastructure and data solutions, evaluate system architecture and risks, implement mitigation and secure development practices, support compliance and security activities, and maintain technical documentation.

Provide advanced technical support for AVEVA Unified Supply Chain software to oil and gas customers, troubleshoot complex modelling problems, coordinate investigations across teams, deliver training and materials, and liaise with Sales, R&D, Services and Project Management to resolve customer queries efficiently.

Support revenue controllership for US and Canada: validate revenue recognition (IFRS 15, US GAAP), reconcile Salesforce/Oracle/FDW, perform month/quarter/year-end close, maintain SOX/ICFR controls, prepare documentation, support audits, and partner with cross-functional finance teams.

Design, build, and operate automated Identity & Access Management services using SailPoint to automate joiner‑mover‑leaver processes, integrate with AD/Entra ID and ServiceNow, automate certifications and reporting, respond to IAM incidents, and produce documentation and runbooks while collaborating with Security, HR, and Infrastructure teams.

As a Senior Cloud Operations Developer, you will improve cloud solutions, manage deployments, and ensure compliance with operational standards while collaborating with development teams.

The role involves designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure, collaborating with tech leads, and guiding junior team members in a team-oriented environment.

Provides technical pre-sales support and solution architecture for AVEVA software in partnership with Schneider Electric sales teams. Designs architectures, demos, proofs of concept, and implementation plans for industrial customers. Leads technical discovery, customer workshops, roadmap discussions, architecture assessments, and project support. Develops enablement materials, training, documentation, technical marketing content, and industry advocacy while helping customers adopt AVEVA solutions across industrial automation, energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, and related sectors.
