Leads end-to-end controllership for AVEVA’s US legal entities, overseeing financial reporting, monthly and annual close, SOX compliance, IFRS and US GAAP adherence, audits, statutory readiness, and cross-functional accounting coordination. The role manages accounting operations for a large US software business, drives cost transparency and process improvement, and builds a high-performing controllership organization through talent development and performance management.

The Enterprise Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with enterprise customers for AVEVA’s industrial software solutions. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, driving business growth, solving complex challenges, and delivering tailored solutions. Success requires strong relationship-building, commercial judgment, and the ability to collaborate across sales, support, solution architecture, and business operations teams.

Provides technical support for industrial software applications, troubleshooting client, database, HMI, and SCADA issues. Supports application engineers during commissioning, upgrades, and expansions; collaborates with R&D on escalations; develops corrective actions; resolves customer and engineering problems; and documents solutions in knowledge-base articles. Requires MES, SQL, software, and industrial control systems expertise, with occasional regional and international customer-site travel.
