Supports B2B bike-shop partners throughout sales, ordering, fulfillment, warranty, shipping, returns, and exchanges. Builds and maintains partner relationships, proactively sells Aventon products, generates revenue, tracks orders, and collaborates with field sales representatives. The role also gathers customer feedback, identifies solutions, and contributes to process improvements across sales and support teams.

Write and edit on-brand copy for Aventon’s ebike marketing channels, including email, SMS, advertising, websites, packaging, social media, blogs, B2B materials, and product launches. Maintain consistent brand voice, develop campaign messaging, create conversion-focused landing pages and CTAs, support SEO and digital content, edit media communications, and collaborate with brand, product, design, and marketing teams. Develop copy variations for A/B testing and adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.

The Paralegal will draft and review contracts, maintain corporate records, support litigation efforts, manage claims, and conduct legal research. Proficiency in legal procedures and software is required.

The Senior Graphic Designer will create visual assets across channels, support brand identity, collaborate with teams, and manage projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Lead end-to-end production for photo, video, and content campaigns across digital, social, retail, ecommerce, and paid channels. Manage pre-production, production, post workflows, budgets, schedules, vendors, talent, and asset delivery while improving processes and ensuring brand and technical consistency.

Provide administrative HR and payroll support including onboarding, maintaining personnel records, timecard validation, payroll preparation assistance, leave and workers' compensation coordination, OSHA and compliance recordkeeping, recruiting and background-check coordination, office/front-desk operations, event planning, and confidential HR duties to ensure smooth HR operations.

Generate and qualify B2B sales opportunities with independent bike dealers and retailers via outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up. Educate prospects on Aventon products and programs, maintain CRM records, collaborate with Sales to transition qualified leads, support promotions and events, and meet activity and lead generation targets.
