Assists the Executive Director with all aspects of assisted living community operations, including team leadership, recruitment, training, resident satisfaction, financial goals, maintenance oversight, community networking, and departmental support. May supervise staff, drive company vehicles when required, and ensure compliance with licensing and motor vehicle standards.
