Supports student housing property operations by welcoming visitors, conducting tours, engaging residents, following up with prospects, participating in campus marketing, assisting with social media, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. This part-time entry-level role reports to the Property Manager and requires strong customer service, organization, adaptability, and communication skills.

Leads East Coast student housing operations across a regional portfolio, managing Area and Property Managers, budgets, forecasts, maintenance, compliance, reporting, training, and cross-functional partnerships. Oversees property performance, resident service escalations, capital expenditures, lease-up progress, and development start-ups. Serves as the liaison between property management, asset management, sales, finance, accounting, HR, investors, and ownership while driving operational and financial goals.
