Create, film, and edit short-form video content for paid social and organic campaigns. Develop engaging hooks, product storytelling, and platform-native creative for consumer brands. Collaborate with creative strategists on briefs, angles, and revisions while delivering high-quality work independently with reliable turnaround. This is an open contractor role involving project-based bookings through Arora Media’s creator roster.

Designs high-performing ad creatives, landing page assets, and brand visuals for paid social and paid search campaigns. Owns the creative testing pipeline from concepts through performance-driven iterations, partners with media buyers and strategists, and maintains client brand guidelines. The role requires rapid, organized creative output, direct-response design expertise, and a data-informed focus on CTR, CVR, and ROAS.

Own brand identity and positioning strategies for DTC and CPG clients from discovery through launch. Lead brand audits, competitive analysis, and positioning workshops; develop brand platforms, messaging architecture, voice, and visual identity direction. Partner with creative teams to execute identities across touchpoints and present strategies to founders and executives.

Build and maintain AI-powered workflows, agents, automations, internal tools, and production systems for creative ideation, copy generation, video pipelines, reporting, and client delivery. Integrate LLMs and third-party APIs, ship rapidly, iterate based on real usage, and develop practical tools that improve marketing operations.
