Record daily financial transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, perform bank reconciliations, process payroll (Gusto/ADP), produce monthly financial reports, and maintain organized audit trails using QuickBooks or Xero and Excel.

Provide remote clerical and organizational support including email screening, calendar and meeting coordination across time zones, CRM data entry, document preparation, travel booking, project tracking in PM tools, online research, and light bookkeeping/invoicing. Serve as an external operational support to free leadership for strategic work.

Manage invoicing and payments, verify billing data, reconcile accounts, handle billing inquiries and collections support, assist month-end reporting, and maintain billing records for audit and compliance.

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications. Implement responsive front-ends, server-side APIs, and databases, automate CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure, debug and test code, and collaborate with designers and product managers.
