Leads final-mile delivery operations across designated hubs, managing 3PL partners, SOP adherence, delivery performance, customer satisfaction, audits, invoicing accuracy, and issue resolution. Participates in loadouts, standups, store transfers, ride-alongs, and operational reviews. Identifies improvement opportunities, shares best practices, supports provider training, investigates delivery failures, and ensures consistent, brand-aligned customer experiences. The role requires local physical presence, flexible early hours, cross-functional collaboration, conflict resolution, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to move furniture weighing up to 150 pounds.

Maintain high visual merchandising standards for the showroom, create product displays, manage weekly store transfers, help maintain inventory levels, travel and work extended hours as needed, move furniture and operate tools/ladders, and develop merchandising skills with management support.

Provide exceptional in-store guest experience, meet monthly sales and productivity goals, use company selling model to close sales, assist with space planning, maintain guest book and follow-up, resolve guest concerns, perform opening/closing duties, and collaborate with store team while adhering to company policies.
