Build, maintain, and extend Arena Club's modern data stack from ingestion through transformation to BI. Own dbt modeling, testing, and documentation; manage connectors and data syncs; develop and govern BI models and dashboards; partner cross-functionally to gather requirements and translate business questions into reusable datasets and production-ready analytics.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and Postgres. Architect systems for high performance, implement third-party integrations, develop internal fulfillment and ML tools, set backend engineering standards, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, data, and frontend teams while ensuring security, documentation, and testing.

Own go-to-market strategy and execution for new category launches. Plan and run customer acquisition across paid social, influencer, and Google Ads; build integrated launch plans with cross-functional teams; establish KPIs and testing; analyze performance to optimize ROI; manage partners, agencies, and experiential activations; report to leadership.

Develop and enhance Arena Club's mobile app using React Native, collaborating with product teams and ensuring high-quality user experiences.

Lead launch and scaling of new marketplace categories with end-to-end P&L ownership. Set category strategy, source inventory, negotiate partnerships, hire and develop cross-functional teams, drive demand with Marketing, collaborate with Product on drop experiences, and ensure operational execution across authentication, vaulting, and fulfillment to meet KPIs and growth targets.

As a Senior QA Engineer, you'll design and execute test plans for web and mobile platforms, perform functional testing, contribute to automated tests, and ensure high-quality releases through collaboration with various teams.
