Arena Club Benefits Overview

Build and lead Arena Club’s treasury function, owning cash positioning, 13-week forecasting, liquidity and investment strategy, banking and payment processor relationships, insurance, debt facilities, treasury technology, and fraud controls. The role establishes treasury policies, manages counterparty and covenant risks, improves forecast accuracy, and provides leadership and board visibility into cash, runway, and working capital.

Own accounting and tax operations for a fast-growing digital collectibles marketplace, including close, financial statements, ASC 606 revenue recognition, tax reporting, internal controls, external audit, ERP and accounting technology, and team leadership. The role requires building scalable processes, assessing growth-related accounting implications, and managing accounting operations across marketplace transactions, grading, vaulting, digital packs, shipping, and payments.

Own the company’s long-range plan, annual budget, rolling forecast, unit economics, headcount planning, and operating model. Partner with the CFO and cross-functional leaders on KPI reporting, board materials, budgets, growth cases, and operational scaling. Build and lead the FP&A and strategic finance team while overseeing the finance systems roadmap, planning tools, BI layer, and data pipeline.
