Lead the end-to-end R&D-to-pilot process for nanomaterial-infused conductor products: develop/process recipes, implement DOE and process controls, establish QA/documentation, troubleshoot builds, scale to pilot production, hire and lead technical staff, and manage vendor/validation relationships.

Early-stage operations co-op supporting the CEO with project management, recruiting logistics, internal operations, communications, research, and special projects. Duties include tracking projects and tasks in PM tools, creating processes and documentation, coordinating vendors and onboarding, drafting communications and slide decks, scheduling candidates, building trackers, and handling ad-hoc personal support for the CEO.

Hands-on co-op supporting experiments, supplier and literature research, sample preparation, CAD fixture development, additive manufacturing, flash sintering iterations, and materials testing/characterization with detailed documentation.

Lead nanomaterials engineer to define carbon nanomaterials strategy, integrate carbon into metal matrix composites, develop characterization methods (Raman, SEM/EDS), validate dispersion/interface quality, design reliability testing and accelerated aging, drive IP strategy, and build a small scientific team to translate materials science into scalable conductor products.

Hands-on engineer to design, build, instrument, and test prototypes, fixtures, and experimental rigs. Create CAD (Onshape) designs, fabricate mechanical systems, support electrical and optical setups, operate gas-flow and vacuum CVD/LCVD experiments, instrument DAQ and sensors, debug hardware, coordinate vendors, and document procedures to move materials research toward repeatable prototypes and pilot-ready systems.

Hands-on senior scientist/engineer role executing experiments and process development for carbon-nanomaterial-infused metal systems. Responsibilities include feedstock preparation, sample fabrication, characterization (Raman, SEM/EDS, electrical/thermal/hardness testing), laser and CVD experiment support, data analysis, DOE and root-cause studies, troubleshooting, documentation, and preparing samples/data for external testing, demos, and diligence. Work closely with leads to translate roadmaps into experimental plans and drive repeatable process development toward productization.

Provide executive support to the CEO, manage calendar, communications, and travel; design and run company project management systems; own internal processes, hiring coordination, onboarding, and operations; draft social and company communications; handle ad-hoc personal and special projects to keep the startup running smoothly.
