Manage account-level retail and net sales planning, inventory operations, and data administration. Forecast returns and RTV, maintain product data in retailer systems, monitor PO lifecycle and OTB, produce sales and inventory reports, and partner cross-functionally to drive sell-through and reduce liabilities.

Provide makeup application and lessons using ABH products and Golden Ratio eyebrow shaping. Maintain counter hygiene, stock and inventory, and sanitized stations. Build client relationships, meet service and sales goals, follow CA safety and sanitation laws. Work Thu–Sat 9am–6pm at ABH Salon in Beverly Hills. Cosmetology license required.

Coordinate domestic and international inbound/outbound shipments, prepare customs documentation, manage TMS and carrier portals, track and resolve shipment exceptions, generate carrier labels, support HazMat compliance, and maintain logistics data in NetSuite/WMS while collaborating with operations and supply chain teams.

Manage daily HR functions including benefits administration, leave and compliance, HRIS maintenance (US payroll), talent acquisition and onboarding, performance and employee relations, data analysis, and vendor management. Serve as liaison to support talent management, compensation, and manager capability.

Support marketing team operations by coordinating retailer digital needs, distributing creative assets and PDPs, maintaining retailer calendars, tracking milestones, auditing retailer sites, conducting competitive research, and assisting project management, translations, and retail-focused content shoots.

Drive retail sales and market share within an assigned territory by building retailer relationships, coaching store teams and freelancers, executing product launches and in-store events, managing budgets and KPIs, merchandising and ensuring regulatory compliance, completing reporting, and traveling overnight as needed.
