Supervise STOP Case Managers delivering intake, assessment, placement, case planning and management for justice-involved participants. Ensure referrals processed within three business days, CMPs prepared within 45 days, caseload ratios maintained (1:50), documentation and ARMS data entry compliance, secure recordkeeping, coordination with CDCR/CBP partners, staff training, and program oversight.

Supervise and coach Credible Messenger Associates delivering face-to-face restorative justice services in LA County juvenile facilities. Use lived experience to lead individual and group sessions, model prosocial behavior, ensure participant safety and confidentiality, coordinate with DYD/Probation staff, support training and contract compliance, and provide shift coverage as needed.

Provide direct casework to incarcerated/re-entry participants: intake, needs assessment, develop and monitor Case Management Plans, document progress, coordinate referrals, develop discharge/post-completion plans, and maintain collaborative relationships with CDCR and program staff.

Provide clinical supervision to case managers, ensure compliance with DHS/Medi-Cal standards, conduct bi-weekly file reviews, deliver crisis intervention, coordinate with DHS/ODR and community partners, train staff, participate in on-call rotation, and support outreach and field-based services across Los Angeles County.

Facilitate CBI Life Skills and Family Relations classes using standardized curricula; conduct group and individual sessions, document participant progress in ARMS, engage participants, and collaborate with CDCR/CCHCS and contracted staff.

The Administrative Assistant provides clerical support for the STOP Program Director, handling document processing, scheduling, data entry, and reception duties.

The Evening Monitor supervises students, assists in maintaining facilities, provides First Aid and CPR, and reports critical incidents, serving as a positive role model.

The ECM Clinical Consultant oversees clinical service quality in healthcare programs, ensuring compliance and improving patient outcomes through care coordination and clinical guidance.

As a Credible Messenger Associate, you will work with at-risk youth in individual and group settings, using effective communication and mediation skills to promote behavioral change and support their reintegration into the community. You will also collaborate with staff to foster a therapeutic environment.

As a Monitor, you will supervise students, ensure their safety, document incidents, provide First Aid, and engage in community activities. You will also serve as a role model and assist in maintaining facility standards.
