Facilitates evidence-based CBI Life Skills and Family Relations classes and individual sessions for prison and re-entry program participants. Lead implementation of the AmityWorks RESTART DOL grant: manage planning through follow-up, meet performance targets, ensure compliance, oversee partners and subgrantees, supervise a Case Manager (caseload up to 70), manage budgets/reports, recruit employers, and ensure trauma-informed, participant-centered services for justice-involved young adults.
