Facilitates evidence-based CBI Life Skills and Family Relations classes and individual sessions for prison and re-entry program participants. Develops action plans, provides make-up work, evaluates and documents participant progress in ARMS, reinforces participation expectations, and collaborates with correctional and contracted staff. The role requires a Cal MHSA Certified Peer Navigator, strong communication and organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work effectively in a challenging environment.

Supervises students in a residential prison-program setting, conducts bed checks, monitors activities, prevents and responds to incidents, documents critical events, maintains facility safety and cleanliness, supports emergency evacuations, and administers First Aid and CPR when needed. Serves as a positive role model, communicates with staff, participates in community activities, and completes required training.

Provides intensive case management for Los Angeles County re-entry clients. Responsibilities include assessing needs, developing treatment plans, conducting wellness checks, managing crises, advocating for benefits, coordinating housing and behavioral health services, maintaining case records, attending interagency meetings, and transporting clients to appointments and facilities. The role requires collaboration with justice, healthcare, housing, and community partners to support permanent housing and reduce recidivism.
