Supervise STOP Case Managers delivering intake, assessment, placement, case planning and management for justice-involved participants. Ensure referrals processed within three business days, CMPs prepared within 45 days, caseload ratios maintained (1:50), documentation and ARMS data entry compliance, secure recordkeeping, coordination with CDCR/CBP partners, staff training, and program oversight.

Supervise and coach Credible Messenger Associates delivering face-to-face restorative justice services in LA County juvenile facilities. Use lived experience to lead individual and group sessions, model prosocial behavior, ensure participant safety and confidentiality, coordinate with DYD/Probation staff, support training and contract compliance, and provide shift coverage as needed.

Provide direct casework to incarcerated/re-entry participants: intake, needs assessment, develop and monitor Case Management Plans, document progress, coordinate referrals, develop discharge/post-completion plans, and maintain collaborative relationships with CDCR and program staff.
