Consult with clients about their financial situations and assess debt settlement suitability. Explain program terms, risks, benefits, payments, and timelines; manage inbound calls and outbound leads; document interactions in the CRM; meet sales targets; comply with applicable laws; and maintain current industry knowledge.

Supports financial and accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, audits, tax filings, and internal controls. The role analyzes budget variances and financial trends, maintains accurate accounting records, improves processes, and collaborates with Human Resources on payroll, benefits accounting, and employee-related financial matters.

Consult with clients about debt settlement eligibility, explain program terms and risks, manage inbound and outbound sales calls, document interactions in a CRM, meet sales targets, and comply with applicable regulations. The role requires English-Spanish bilingual communication, call-center sales experience, customer objection handling, multitasking, and availability for evening or weekend shifts.
