Conduct on-site safety inspections, evaluate compliance with regulations, track and close safety issues, support incident investigations and safety trainings, assist in developing site-specific safety plans and orientations, and collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to maintain project safety performance.

Manage all preconstruction estimating from conceptual budgets through bid pricing. Produce feasibility studies, value engineering, and present findings to stakeholders. Coordinate design-assist activities, oversee junior estimators, and ensure estimate accuracy while prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
