Design and implement building automation and energy management solutions for commercial, industrial, healthcare, life sciences, and residential projects. Develop control system submittals, network architectures, mechanical layouts, wiring schematics, BAS panel layouts, bills of materials, operating sequences, and schedules. Lead technical execution, manage RFIs, support design acceptance, perform preconstruction takeoffs, and provide engineering support for controls projects. Some travel to jobsites may be required.

Sell and promote HVAC distribution products to selected accounts; advise customers on equipment application and selection; provide technical product support; maintain relationships with customers and manufacturers; negotiate effectively; and travel periodically for training, industry meetings, and customer entertainment.

Supports daily office operations by managing supplies, catering, meetings, conference room setup, building maintenance coordination, vendor visits, maintenance records, communications, and office opening and shutdown procedures. Helps maintain an organized, functional, and welcoming workplace while providing administrative and logistical support to employees and service providers.

Develop and grow national commercial HVAC accounts, manage complex sales cycles, identify new business, negotiate pricing and service terms, and achieve revenue and margin goals. The role involves selling HVAC equipment and services, maintaining customer relationships across multiple locations, coordinating with engineering and project teams, managing CRM pipelines and forecasts, and traveling approximately 40–50% to customer sites and offices.
