Provide plant administrative support including scheduling, procurement, customer service, shipping, JD Edwards data entry, inventory and accounting tasks, payroll processing, HR functions (new hire orientation, leave requests, recruitment support), and maintaining quality/customer feedback records while ensuring safety compliance and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Lead a plant quality team to identify, investigate, and resolve production quality issues. Train and develop staff, present cases to plant management, manage customer complaints and follow-up, support production and safety programs, and maintain accurate quality documentation and processes.

Lead and maintain the facility Quality Management System, oversee daily production quality on blow mold lines, manage inspections and testing, drive defect reduction using SPC, handle customer complaints and audits, supervise quality staff, and coordinate documentation, non-conformance disposition, and safety compliance.

Provide regional hands-on technical leadership for blow-molding and plant support: train operators and maintenance staff, troubleshoot hydraulic/electrical equipment, drive continuous improvement, manage vendor relationships and budgets, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, implement emergency response plans, and maintain maintenance documentation while traveling frequently across the region.
