The Product Manager, New Assets will own a core trading product area, working with partners and developers to design and implement new trading capabilities while ensuring compliance with regulations and operational efficiency. Success is measured by partner adoption and production usage.

Embed with brokerage operations to observe and automate manual workflows; design, build, deploy, and monitor auditable backend services and UIs; measure impact with operations metrics; produce RFCs; collaborate with compliance/security; own CI/CD, on-call, and incident response for production systems.

Lead financial and regulatory operations for a self-clearing broker-dealer: supervise FOCUS reporting, monitor net capital, ensure SEC/FINRA compliance, maintain internal controls, oversee clearing/settlement and reconciliations, coordinate audits, and advise management on capital and risk.
