Lead FP&A forecasting and analysis for GTM organization: build and maintain financial models, analyze variances and KPIs, produce actionable insights, partner with business stakeholders, ensure data integrity, enhance automation and forecasting processes, support ad-hoc analyses, and communicate results to leadership to influence financial and operational decisions.

Configure and implement Alkami digital banking products and third-party integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, perform testing and validation, document configurations, coordinate with project managers and vendors, and support clients through implementation and post-go-live stabilization.

Support customer onboarding and configuration of Alkami digital banking solutions by gathering requirements, leading implementation sessions, configuring platform features, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with PMs and development, documenting configurations, and validating deployments across multiple concurrent projects.

The Senior Application Support Engineer will resolve application issues, manage support tickets, and communicate with customers effectively. Key tasks include collaborating with the team, suggesting improvements, and providing 24/7 support.

Serve as the strategic interface between Alkami and partners: identify and onboard partner products, enable sales, align product and engineering, manage integrations and contracts, and drive partner-driven revenue and sales efficiencies while coordinating across compliance, legal, support, and product teams.

Drive new-logo enterprise sales to banks and credit unions, manage complex multi-threaded deal cycles from prospecting to close, lead executive-level discovery and negotiations, design account-based strategies, forecast pipeline, collaborate with product/marketing/SE, represent Alkami externally, mentor teammates, and consistently achieve quota.

Lead complex SaaS revenue accounting by applying ASC 606, analyzing contracts, preparing revenue schedules, and ensuring SOX compliance. Drive close activities, reconcile contract balances, resolve technical accounting issues, support audits, partner with Sales/Legal, implement process automation, and validate revenue system outputs and standardization across revenue streams.

Lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives to generate qualified enterprise and mid-market pipeline via outbound prospecting, account-based engagement, and inbound qualification. Set strategy, goals, and operating rhythms; coach on advanced prospecting and qualification; analyze pipeline and activity metrics; implement sales technologies (including AI-enabled tools); and partner cross-functionally to meet revenue objectives.

Lead enterprise revenue forecasting and driver-based financial models, provide executive reporting and scenario analysis, analyze financial and operational data to surface insights, align forecasts with accounting and strategy, and drive FP&A process improvements and AI-enabled automation across the business.

Lead and scale Application Support for a B2B SaaS digital banking platform. Own strategy, KPIs, incident management, cross-functional governance, manager development, tooling (ServiceNow/Jira), and client experience to improve stability, reduce incidents, and drive retention.
