The Senior Product Analyst gathers requirements, aligns stakeholders, analyzes qualitative and quantitative data, and translates business needs into product requirements. They partner with product managers and engineers on feature development, create process and journey artifacts, identify optimization opportunities, support testing and UAT, contribute to roadmap planning, and mentor junior analysts.

Provides advanced technical support for financial institution customers, configuring backend settings and third-party integrations, investigating incidents, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Activation teams. Mentors support specialists, creates runbooks, facilitates training, documents bugs and enhancement requests, and translates business requirements into scalable configurations.

Leads complex deal structuring, pricing, approvals, and quote-to-cash optimization for enterprise and strategic accounts. Partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations on contract terms, deal economics, revenue recognition, forecasting, and governance. Improves deal desk processes, playbooks, approval matrices, and workflows while mentoring junior analysts and influencing cross-functional initiatives, product launches, and pricing changes.

Supports the quote-to-cash process by validating deal requests, configuring pricing, preparing quotes and order forms, maintaining CRM and CPQ records, coordinating contracts, and responding to Sales inquiries. The role generates deal desk reports, tracks approvals, applies pricing and discount policies, supports complex deals, and contributes to process improvements. It collaborates with Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, Finance, and Accounting while developing SaaS commercial and deal support expertise.

Supports high-volume commercial deal reviews across the quote-to-cash process, including pricing, discount approvals, contract coordination, order form and proposal accuracy, and Salesforce/CPQ data management. Partners with Sales, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Rev Ops, and Product to resolve deal blockers and ensure policy compliance. Also contributes to reporting, deal analysis, documentation, process improvements, and escalated deal reviews.

Leads and mentors software engineering teams while coordinating delivery across Product, Quality Engineering, SRE, Security, Architecture, and Operations. Contributes hands-on to coding, debugging, API design, architecture, and scalable platform services. Drives engineering excellence through operational metrics, incident management, technical debt reduction, continuous improvement, and modern development practices. Manages performance, staffing, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and delivery across global teams.

Leads the design, development, deployment, maintenance, and support of scalable software systems. Responsibilities include coding, debugging, code reviews, API-first development, performance optimization, testing, cloud-native deployments, Kubernetes operations, production monitoring, incident response, and technical mentoring. The role collaborates cross-functionally, establishes development standards, supports legacy modernization, and leads adoption of AI-driven engineering practices.

Manage complex commercial agreements throughout their lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, amending, and interpreting contracts. Advise business units on negotiation strategy, contractual risks, and approved positions. Partner with Legal and cross-functional teams, resolve disputes, improve contracting processes and playbooks, maintain contract records and reporting, support SOX and M&A initiatives, and mentor contracts professionals.

Build core digital banking experiences for bank administrators and customers, including user flows, robust APIs, and third-party integrations. Design and implement scalable backend services using microservice architecture and domain-driven design. Write clean, documented, tested code with strong error handling, logging, and performance considerations. Contribute to system design, architectural decisions, code reviews, and technical guidance within an Agile Scrum environment.

Leads the design, development, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of scalable full-stack software systems. Responsibilities include coding, debugging, code reviews, API development, cloud-native deployment, testing, monitoring, performance optimization, production support, incident response, technical mentoring, and establishing development standards. The role collaborates cross-functionally, drives API-first and AI-enabled engineering practices, and participates in on-call support.

Build and maintain API-driven integrations and workflow automations across Slack, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Glean, Google Workspace, and Workato. Develop Google Apps Script tools, Slack operational experiences, and AI agent capabilities that connect to live business data and perform approved actions. Partner with business teams to automate processes, monitor production workflows, troubleshoot incidents, document solutions, and manage deployments. The role requires REST API expertise, scripting in Python or JavaScript, and experience with workflow automation platforms.

Supports customer operations by improving data quality, consistency, and usability across Salesforce, ServiceNow, MyAlkami, and PingIdentity. Coordinates Product, Engineering, Technical Consulting, Customer Success, Support, and vendors; manages Jira backlogs and implementation issues; tracks releases and development progress; maintains project documentation; drives stakeholder alignment and customer satisfaction; improves delivery processes; and mentors junior project managers.

Leads Alkami’s enterprise and technology risk management program, including risk assessments, control evaluations, mitigation, monitoring, reporting, and escalation. Owns AI, machine learning, and generative AI governance, translating regulatory and risk expectations into practical policies, controls, and review processes. Partners with cross-functional risk owners and supports compliance initiatives involving business continuity, disaster recovery, regulatory management, and incidents. Reports to the Chief Compliance Officer in a fully remote role.

Design intuitive, scalable account-opening experiences for banks and credit unions within the MANTL product. Partner with Product and Engineering to define user problems, develop research-backed solutions, contribute to the shared design system, and ship high-quality products. Conduct and synthesize user research, prototype in modern design tools, present design decisions, and collaborate within an agile product development team.

Leads the design, development, deployment, maintenance, and support of scalable web applications. Responsibilities include coding, debugging, code reviews, API-first development, performance optimization, testing, cloud-native deployments, database and caching strategy, production monitoring, incident response, mentoring engineers, and cross-functional collaboration with product, design, customers, and vendors.

Owns enterprise revenue forecasting, financial modeling, KPI analysis, scenario planning, executive reporting, and FP&A process improvement.
