Own the end-to-end pre-sales motion for a technical B2B software product. Lead tailored demos, technical discovery, qualification, objection handling, proof-of-concept scoping, conference presentations, and competitive positioning. Build demo environments and collateral, influence pipeline, collaborate with Product, and establish the company’s pre-sales foundation while engaging cloud, data platform, and FinOps buyers.

Own enterprise customer relationships from proof of concept through conversion, renewal, and expansion. Lead technical evaluations, commercial processes, account growth, customer business reviews, issue triage, and renewal forecasting. Translate customer requirements into product priorities while partnering directly with Engineering and Product. This first dedicated Technical Account Manager will also develop the company’s post-sales playbook.
