Leads end-to-end business transformation projects and workstreams, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, stakeholders, reporting, and quality. Facilitates cross-functional collaboration across Operations, IT, Finance, vendors, and business teams. Oversees process redesign, systems implementation, organizational change, adoption, stage reviews, go/no-go decisions, and post-implementation lessons learned. Requires strong project governance, communication, change management, and delivery skills across Agile and waterfall environments.

Manage marketing operations supporting global digital and field campaigns. Responsibilities include maintaining Marketo lead lifecycle processes, configuring Salesforce and Marketo campaigns, building audiences and nurture programs, monitoring data quality and email overlap, managing privacy compliance, maintaining forms and templates, importing lists, and coordinating Agile Scrum work with stakeholders.

Drive technical pre-sales by partnering with Account Executives to perform technical discovery, demos, POCs, and RFP responses. Advocate customer needs to Product and Engineering, create technical content, enable teams, and support smooth handoffs to post-sales for successful onboarding and adoption of Algolia solutions.
