Serve as primary technical contact for game developers integrating with the platform. Guide API/webhook integrations, test in sandbox and production, troubleshoot issues, create documentation, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to launch and improve integrations.

Lead end-to-end commercial contract negotiations with partners and vendors, balance legal risk with business objectives, advise cross-functional teams on commercial and regulatory issues, support multi-jurisdictional deal structuring, improve legal workflows and contract management, and over time take ownership of the legal function and team leadership responsibilities.

Design and deliver high-quality brand and marketing assets across digital and offline channels. Own creative concepts, evolve brand systems, translate complex B2B product ideas into clear visuals, and prepare production-ready assets for campaigns, web, social, events, and presentations.

Provide timely, professional support for players on a payments platform, investigate complex payment and account issues, validate payment status, coordinate resolutions with Product/Engineering/Payments, manage tickets to SLA, identify trends, and contribute to process improvements and automation.
