Manage the full lifecycle of export authorizations, including license applications, classifications, order releases, recordkeeping, audits, and regulatory documentation. Provide guidance on EAR, ITAR, and OFAC requirements; maintain SAP/GTS transaction compliance; develop procedures and forms; deliver training; communicate regulatory changes; support audits and remediation; and improve export licensing processes, tools, and reporting across business and functional teams.

Operate and maintain CNC and manual machining equipment to produce precision parts from blueprints, drawings, and work orders. Conduct inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify tolerances. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve machining processes. Maintain a clean, safe work environment while following manufacturing, quality, safety, and continuous-improvement practices.

Leads advanced manufacturing strategy and process improvement initiatives across aerospace product development. Reviews designs for manufacturability, cost, quality, and yield; manages MRL, APQP, UPC, production readiness, and supplier capabilities. Coordinates proposal planning, budgets, milestones, capital needs, cost reduction, risk mitigation, throughput yield, and production transitions. Facilitates readiness reviews and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sourcing, suppliers, and production teams while supporting operational excellence and employee development.
