Lead Advertise Purple’s TikTok Shop division, owning client strategy, growth, execution, and performance. Manage and develop the Social Commerce team, serve as the senior client liaison, oversee technical integrations, and identify growth opportunities across TikTok Shop, creator affiliate programs, LIVE, contests, and third-party platforms. Translate performance data into strategic recommendations and improve processes for scalable operations.

Supports affiliate account management by recruiting and activating affiliates, publishers, creators, and strategic partners. Executes content outreach, secures promotional placements, communicates with clients, tracks recruitment and activation metrics, and identifies incremental growth opportunities. Collaborates with Account Managers and internal teams to improve affiliate program performance, revenue, and execution consistency across enterprise accounts.

Identifies, recruits, secures, and scales affiliate partnerships aligned with client goals. Manages affiliate relationships from outreach and onboarding through optimization, campaign rollout, performance monitoring, and ongoing communication. Serves as the primary affiliate contact, tracks recruitment and performance metrics, negotiates deals, coordinates with internal operations, product, and analytics teams, and identifies growth opportunities across the client portfolio.
