Provides administrative and operational support to sales teams and business development managers. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, proposals, agreements, reports, equipment configurations, and service documentation; responding to customer inquiries; tracking orders and forecasts; maintaining sales records; and coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal teams. The role is onsite in Lake Forest, California and supports the quote-to-cash process.

Designs, tests, evaluates, and qualifies electro-mechanical assemblies and hardware subsystems for semiconductor and electronic-device test systems. Responsibilities include creating drawings and bills of materials, conducting design reviews, developing test protocols, analyzing failures, implementing design changes, and designing fixtures and test equipment. The engineer collaborates with manufacturing, quality, suppliers, customers, and technology partners on complex automated systems.

Leads the procurement function, team development, supplier strategy, contract negotiations, purchasing execution, supplier performance, budgets, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role develops sourcing strategies, selects and evaluates vendors, monitors KPIs, manages supplier risks and corrective actions, and collaborates with finance, operations, logistics, and global vendors.
