Manages strategic retail and CPG client accounts, driving sales, distribution, share, pricing, promotions, merchandising, eCommerce execution, and budget performance. Builds client and retailer relationships, develops business plans and presentations, analyzes syndicated data and market trends, identifies growth opportunities, manages promotional funds, coordinates product and schematic execution, and resolves conflicts. Travel up to 20% is required.

Supports procure-to-pay processes by resolving purchase order, invoice, coding, and vendor setup inquiries. Develops training and onboarding materials, troubleshoots process issues, and coordinates with finance, procurement, and operations stakeholders. Collects and organizes environmental and greenhouse gas data for regulatory reporting, sustainability assessments, documentation, and audit readiness. Provides cross-functional communication, status updates, and process guidance.
