Provide Level 2 service desk support for internal users: triage and resolve escalated tickets across desktop hardware, Windows/macOS, printing, networking, VPN, and applications. Install/configure OS and software, perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, mentor Level I staff, maintain documentation and inventory, recommend infrastructure improvements, and uphold IT policies and SLAs.
