Leads and scales Central Clinical Operations across training, data management, project management, clinical coordination, and study startup. Builds teams, processes, workflows, and performance measures; oversees hiring and manager development; aligns central and site operations; and ensures study readiness, data quality, training competency, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness. Partners cross-functionally with clinical, quality, regulatory, business development, and site leadership teams to improve network-wide study execution.

Owns high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for clinical and operational roles. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and networking; conducting phone screens; coordinating interviews; supporting offers; maintaining accurate Greenhouse records; partnering with hiring managers; and producing weekly recruiting pipeline and diversity reports.

Build and lead a scalable, network-wide clinical research training and onboarding program. Develop LMS modules, assessments, SOPs, and onboarding tools; deliver site trainings; track competencies and completion; partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to close knowledge gaps and ensure regulatory-compliant, consistent study execution across multi-site network.
