Generates and closes new business across automotive, aerospace, heavy industrial, pulp and paper, and power generation markets. Leads territory sales, marketing, client development, account management, bids, contracts, growth initiatives, and pipeline management. Performs Level II infrared thermography and nondestructive testing inspections on industrial, electrical, mechanical, roofing, and fired equipment. Sets up and calibrates equipment, analyzes thermal images and radiographs, identifies defects, evaluates results against standards, prepares detailed reports, communicates findings to clients, and may supervise others. Requires thermography certification, strong reporting and computer skills, a clean driving record, TWIC, and regular travel.

Provides administrative and quality compliance support to NDT Level III personnel. Responsibilities include maintaining certifications and calibration records, supporting NADCAP documentation and audits, resolving non-conformances, reviewing technical standards, coordinating client quality requests, preparing certification materials, and maintaining audit logs in Pangea. Requires Microsoft Office proficiency and at least two years of NDT or aerospace quality experience.
