Build and manage relationships with mortgage brokers and bankers, acquire and onboard new partners, maintain a sales pipeline, present loan products, support approval documentation, close new business, meet sales targets, and document activities and forecasts in CRM systems. The role requires visiting broker partners three days per week and collaborating with internal sales, marketing, product, and risk teams.

Develop and execute national sales strategies for non-agency correspondent lending. The role identifies and onboards new lender partners, manages existing relationships, maintains the sales pipeline, monitors market trends, tracks performance, ensures regulatory compliance, and collaborates with operations, underwriting, and marketing to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
