The VP of Data Science & Strategy will transform complex business challenges into actionable growth strategies, leveraging data to influence decisions and drive company strategy.

As an AI Product Manager, you will translate client problems into engineering requirements, manage sprints, and collaborate with AI engineers to deliver AI-powered financial solutions.

Lead NetSuite implementations and optimizations: gather and translate client requirements, configure and customize NetSuite environments, run client workshops, develop proofs of concept, support pre-sales scoping, and provide ongoing client support and project leadership.

Partner with portfolio-company leaders to translate business problems into quantitative frameworks, build predictive models and analyses, and drive strategy and execution. Lead AI assessments, identify growth opportunities, present recommendations to executives, and implement measurable data-driven initiatives across finance, pricing, operations, and marketing.

Design, architect, and implement NetSuite ERP solutions including customizations, integrations, data migration, performance optimization, and technical documentation. Lead technical delivery, collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, conduct assessments and testing, and ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and budget. Provide technical support, code reviews, and incorporate NetSuite platform updates into standards.

Lead end-to-end delivery of modern data platforms for private equity clients: manage scope, schedule, budget, and multi-workstream agile teams; enforce medallion/lakehouse architectures, data quality, CI/CD, and governance; oversee Snowflake and Azure data services; act as primary client executive, manage SOWs and staffing, and enable repeatable delivery playbooks. Drive measurable business outcomes and platform stability, security, and cost efficiency.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large multi-workstream data platform programs, manage scope/timeline/budget, provide architectural stewardship across Snowflake/Databricks/Microsoft Fabric/Azure, run agile distributed teams, own commercial performance, support pursuits and practice growth, and travel to client sites as needed.
