Own performance observability and testing for a microservices-based AWS SaaS platform. Design and run load/stress tests, analyze logs and metrics, define KPIs and CI/CD performance gates, forecast capacity risks, and collaborate with platform, security, and product teams to prevent customer-facing performance issues.

Manage the customer lifecycle from onboarding to retention by driving adoption, identifying risks and expansion opportunities via data, delivering consultative guidance, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, running scaled engagement programs, and maintaining accurate records in success platforms and CRM to maximize customer value.

Lead and manage the Dispute Defense team to minimize chargeback risk and fraud, oversee dispute responses and collections, ensure timely submissions, monitor chargeback ratios, report win rates, collaborate with processing partners, and drive process improvements and AI-driven automation to reduce manual workflows.
