Execute technical scope of work for professional services projects including cloud and email migrations, server and network setup, hardware/software configuration, troubleshooting, QA checks, and client-facing status updates while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with vendors.

Drive net-new customer acquisition and grow large accounts by owning full sales cycle for complex infrastructure and managed services. Prospect, manage pipeline, lead executive and technical conversations, negotiate and close multi-million-dollar deals, and collaborate with internal teams while tracking activity in CRM.

Partner with sales to evaluate customer environments, architect infrastructure and security solutions, lead technical discovery and presentations, produce proposals, drive adoption and upsell, and maintain technical documentation and CRM records while ensuring information security and occasional travel.
