This Week’s Top LA Events for Startups

It is important to keep yourself busy, and BOY will you be busy with all these great events for startups happening this week.

1. Mobile Privacy Summit. The Application Developers Alliance Mobile Privacy Summit presents developers, entrepreneurs, and mobile app publishers the opportunity to speak directly to the United States’ top privacy policy makers.

2. Mobile Excellence Awards. The Mobile Excellence Award is th emost prestigious awards program in the mobile and digital entertainment industry.  THE MEA's recognizes industry excellence  in entertainment and technology across the  mobile ecosystem to include; start-ups, studios, content providers, entertainment, entities, technology sports, apps and handsets, brands and more.

3. Fireside Chat w/ Return Path Co-Founder & CEO, Matt Blumberg - Startups Uncensored #41. This month's Startups Uncensored will be a fireside chat with Return Path  Co- Founder & CEO, Matt Blumberg hosted by Docstoc CEO, Jason Nazar.

4. UX Happy Hour in Santa Monica. UX Happy Hour is all about meeting other designers. It's a self-organized group, and it's open to anyone who's interested in design. Developers, PMs and founders are all welcome! There aren't any talks or workshops, it's just creatives hanging out.

5. REACH | Disruptive Technologies Impacting the Future of Gaming. TechZulu & Gadget Review present REACH. A quarterly event series seeking to dive deep into what comes next in technology, and giving you the opportunity to experience it first hand with the gadgets on site.  Experience gadgets from the big brands with million dollar budgets to the startups bootstrapping and raising via IndieGoGo.

6. Wellness Tech LA. The first Wellness Tech LA meetup is ready to go! Spread the word! The panel topic will be "Beyond Tracking: Amazing things that can be done with our body's data" and we have some amazing panelists on board!

7. Music Hack LA. Music Hack LA is a bi-monthly event for engineers, developers, designers and musicians to create music-oriented projects and develop them over a 8 hour period, then present your hack on stage in front of music industry experts.
