Techstars Disney Accelerator announces its 11 picks for inaugural LA class

The LA-based Disney Accelerator program, which is powered by Techstars, announced the 11 companies that will participate in its first class this summer. Four of these companies hail from Los Angeles.

The three-month program includes mentorship from Disney executives and $120,000 in seed investment in addition to access to stories, characters and technology from The Walt Disney Company. The following companies will have plenty of room to use their imaginations this summer in LA before pitching at the Techstars-style Demo Day in September:

 

Buzzstarter
