Members of the tech community routinely attend and participate in these meetings, and afterwards the group head to a happy hour at our monthly bar or restaurant.

React, an LA-based framework for web and mobile apps, is kicking off its monthly speaking series with Facebook software engineer Stoyan Stefanov. Attendees are invited for drinks after the event.

LA Tech happy hour at the Investor Festival is a great opportunity for LA startups to pitch your business to angels, accelerators and venture firms. The event will feature live music and a hosted bar.
Startup toolkit: pop-up class, May 19 at 6:00 p.m.
is hosting a pop-up class for entrepreneurs. Presented by rhubarb's Entrepreneur in Residence, Ryan Prust, attendees will get hands-on experience with startup methodology.
