PeeqSee, the new social network designed to help individuals and brands alike boost engagement and monetize their social presence, today announced its official launch of its app along with a complementary set of web tools that enable users to extend their brand beyond the app to create and manage personalized microsites. The microsites make it easy for content creators to generate revenue through advertising, sponsored content and the sale of merchandise, media and tickets.

“It is time to reward the creators on social media for a change,” said PeeqSee CEO and founder Vacit Arat. “It is their originality, ingenuity, expertise, sense of humor and popularity that makes social platforms so valuable, but they are not offered a way to benefit directly from their contributions. We are here to change that once and for all, and channel the revenue directly into the content creators’ pockets.”

Key platform features include:

Interactive Posts: PeeqSee posts are highly interactive prompting users to touch objects, called Peeqs, on photos to reveal a surprise, expose another layer of a story or function as a buy or sell button. Peeqs are customizable, but in their simplest form may be opaque shapes used to block a portion of a photo. Alternatively, a Peeq may reveal another photo, video, website, message or even a live video channel between users.

M-Commerce Enabled Microsites: Simple built-in web tools make it quick and easy for users to create a complimentary custom-made microsite to accompany any PeeqSee post. Microsites can be designed to reveal virtually any type of content including revenue-generating items such as ads, promotional content and items for sale, such as merchandise, media and tickets.

Cross-Platform Posting: PeeqSee posts can be easily shared on websites, blogs, other social media sites or through emails and texts. Depending on the location, Peeqs can be activated on the spot, or the viewer is directed to the microsite coupled with the post.

Customizable Engagement: Users can specify a variety of restrictions under which specific Peeqs can be activated. Peeqs can be set to be location based, permission based, time based or completely private. Combinations of these features can be easily employed to create competitions, drawings, coupons and other commercial campaigns.

The PeeqSee app is available for free on iTunes and Android; the web tools for microsite design are available for free on https://PeeqSee.com/partners/. More information can be found at https://PeeqSee.com.
